I hardly know where to begin with my experience at Apollo Urgent Care on March 5th. I rushed in with a hand bleeding badly from a deep cut, expecting quick action but found myself stuck in a maddeningly slow and bureaucratic process instead. Despite making it crystal clear to the reception that my situation was severe, they had me fill out form after form, leaving me to wait for what felt like an eternity40 minutes, to be exactbefore a doctor even glanced my way.
When I finally saw a doctor, my hope for immediate care was dashed. The doctor took one look at my hand and said Apollo Urgent Care couldnt handle it. They recommended I go to an Emergency Room instead. This advice came way too late, after I had already lost valuable time that could have been spent getting proper treatment. The ER at Wake Apex ended up giving me the stitches I needed, contradicting the urgency and capability Apollo claimed they lacked.
What really irks me, though, is getting billed $50 by Apollo for, frankly, doing nothing. They neither provided the urgent care I desperately needed nor acted with any semblance of efficiency. To charge me for a service that was essentially non-provided feels like adding insult to injuryliterally.
I expected a lot more from a place that puts urgent in its name. The lack of immediate and adequate response, coupled with a bill for what amounted to zero service, is just baffling and unacceptable. I'm asking for a full refund because, in all honesty, I received nothing in return during my visit. For anyone in need of real urgent care, think twice before heading to Apollo Urgent Care. Their approach to a genuine emergency was not just disappointing; it was negligent.

Avg Diagnosis - Reason unknown.
Result - pay hundreds of $$$ and later visit other doctors

I recently visited (2 days ago from this review) your location.
I stood at the front desk to be assisted by the attendant and she did nothing. After waiting for about 10-15mins, another patient in the waiting area advised me I needed to complete the check-in using the digital device. I waited over 2hrs to be seen. The assistant to the doctor was nice but she did not seem competent to do her job or there was a miscommunication between her and the doctor. I received conflicting instructions from her and the doctor. After being there for over 3hrs, I left with no real answer to my concern. I was told I would get a call the next day (yesterday) regarding my labs, but I did not receive anything. There is nothing urgent about this place and the customer service is subpar at best. I will never return to this place.

Worst place to go get checked they only had one patient and it took them 50 minutes to see me while allowing another guest to go in front of me there was no front desk worker for atleast 35 minutes or anyone to speak to worst place I have ever been to for the building they have you would think they are better then a fastmed but they are actually way worse
