Do not use. They destroy your property. Not recommended. Stay away from them. They drove on our grass without our permission and destroyed our yard.

This company doesn't stand behind their services. I received "service" from them as an independent contractor through AAA. My vehicle was damaged in the process of trying to winch it onto their rollback. The driver felt so unsure of the tow hook in my rear bumper he asked me to sit in my vehicle WHILE HE WINCHED it onto his truck. Thank goodness he did or I'd be dealing with much more damage that they wouldn't pay for and thankfully I wasn't hurt because I'm certain their insurance (if they even have any) wouldn't cover any injuries to me. After he tore my rear bumper facia off, it was evident there were previous inadequate repairs done by a previous owner. However, he refuses to even put it back to the way it was before he touched it. Horrible service and horrible business practices. Use at your own risk. This isn't the 1st problem with them through AAA either. How is it possible for AAA to continue to use them?? Absolutely insane to me. Service: Special vehicle towing

Ontime Roadside was sent to me by AAA to tow my vehicle after my alternator went out. The tow truck driver was rude and his work performance was poor. I had to assist in loading my car on a rollback and then unloading it all the while jumping up and down off the rollback as he shouted orders. There was a second individual in the tow truck who never moved or assisted. Not sure what my wife or mother would have done if they were stuck in this situation.
