There wasn't a lot of explanation provided about what was being done OR why and I never received the discount offered through the advertisement that I showed the tax preparers. Neither preparer seemed familiar with how to provide the discount so I did not receive one and was charged the maximum amount I could be charged for a pretty basic filing. I'm not confident that my taxes were thoroughly reviewed and I am looking at having a second opinion.
At this point I cannot recommend Jackson Hewitt for tax filings for individuals, maybe they're better for LLCs and Corps?

Horrible experience! In the end I went to a competitor and all was done in a few hours. Agents no-show on two appts- at Morrisville NC and Greensboro (on Wendover Av). Pathetic customer service.Never again!

They over charge me and I I waited for a long time even though I had already made an appointment And they filled my paper with many mistakes and unorganized.

Preparer was not in place for the appointment. Once the appointment started, she did not sound knowledgeable. Then when closing out, she kept skipping over things that clearly said they should be read to the client. (I was reading from the side.) ...Not impressed at all!!!

Booked a appointment on line.. when I showed up they were closed. When I called corporate they said locations do not open for 5 more days. ????
