      image They are terrible. My package has been delayed for 3 days now. Each day I called and got it will be tomorrow..guess what no delivery...then repeat 2 more days..and the call center rep was very rude and interrupted me constantly...I never leave bad reviews but this one is necessary and to be the Morrisville location is just terrible!

      image They said attempted to deliver but I wasnt there to sign the package, I was home all day and even have a doorbell camera, delivery was never attempted. Now Im trying to schedule a pickup but cant contact them.

      image Waited all day for Package to arrive. Delivery option was 7-9 pm. Customer service rep was totally clueless. Have no idea why this shipping service would conduct business this way. Will be contacting someone at a higher level to voice my concern. Apparently DHL has no control over work ethic or adherence to customer service. Hope to not deal with them again.. oh and I still have no idea where my package is... Terrible Service
