I placed an order online, when i arrived there was one customer inside. I was ignored by Jim and when finally attended to i was told the food hasnt been started yet. I happened to be short on time so this was very inconvenient and poor customer service.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had, not just here but at any restaurant. The lady who made my good was rude and didn't even make it properly. I told her I had the wrong sandwich and she gave me a ton of attitude, sighed underneath her breath, and referred to me as something I won't write here, which my five year old son also heard and repeated. When I got my sandwich, the chicken was cold and didn't taste cooked at all (I ordered the Buffalo Chicken). I didn't even bother going up there because I didn't feel like getting cussed at again or dealing with the attitude. I paid almost 50 dollars for sub par sandwiches with tons of attitude and being called a racial slur. Stay away from here at all costs, and if you do go and see the lady with red hair just run. Absolutely terrible. The owner should just clean house
