Had all my symptoms dismissed as anxiety and they refuse to hear me. Never expected this level of misogyny from an all women's clinic... or maybe it's just laziness. Do yourself a favor and don't let them know you have anxiety or depression or any mental health condition, otherwise they'll dismiss you.

It's was wonderful to see the staffs readiness to identify, understand and help my situation right from the receptionist, medical assistant and the 2 doctors who were amazing and very helpful

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Carolina Primary Care for my annual checkup, and I wanted to share my positive experience. Dr. Bhavani Lagadapati, provided exceptional care during my visit. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her thoroughness and expertise instilled confidence in me, and I felt reassured knowing that I was in capable hands. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which further contributed to my overall positive experience.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience at Carolina Primary Care and would gladly recommend the facility to others seeking quality primary care services.

I came here with the recommendations I saw. I barely saw the doctor and only the nursing assistant. They did a basic blood test, and upon hearing I had anxiety, they treated me like a hypochondriac. I had to push incredibly hard to get testing I need after I told them my family has thyroid cancer history, and recent hypothyroidism diagnoses, which for any doctor should be a basic red flag. I am not returning to this doctor and suggest you look elsewhere if you want to actually be heard.
