This hotel and its staff is extremely professional and very kind. I first came in later than expected due to delays with my flight and was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by a young lady named Jasmine. It was after midnight when I checked in and she was vibrant and energetic. I was so impressed. I also had to call her and share that I would be late and again she was kind, professional, and on top of things. I experienced great service at the breakfast and dinner space in the hotel which was clean and the servers and staff was again polite and on top of things. I was here for a sad occasion but the staff and the beautiful hotel made my stay GREAT! Even the lady and gentleman who drove the shuttle were very nice. I will stay here again when I come back in town. Superb all the way around and 5 stars!!!!! Dale Fountain Rooms: Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Beautiful corner view. Quiet and very nice. Food & drinks: Food was delicious and staff was Superb!! Jasmine went out of her way to help me order food and then the gentleman at the restaurant brought my credit card to me which I left at the restaurant. Service is everything and I experienced great service here. Job well done!!
