    I desperately need my resupply, and its been over 10 business days since I ordered it. On the phone customer service said it sometimes takes longer when you move (which I did) but Ive received no tracking number or confirmation that my order is even coming. I really need someone to tell me when its arriving. Ive called customer service twice, gotten very vague answers and assurance it will come eventually Can someone please tell me when eventually is? Surely you guys have tracking. Thanks!

    AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. I let me Duke doctor know not to refer patients to this company again. They are now referring to Family Medical Supply in Cary, NC. Dont waste your time with apria, theyll leave you and your insurance up the creek. Absolutely worst company in the world. Just had someone show up at my door for my machine that I still use. Our insurance changed and a couple weeks ago I told someone who called that Our insurance changed and I needed someone to call me with billing department to figure this out. Did anyone call? No. They just showed up with a ten minute warning, one that they left on my voicemail that I didnt see, before showing up at my door. Absolutely disgusting company and I will never do any business with them again. Save yourself grief and if your doctor recommends them, find another medical supply company. ZERO customer service!!!!
