They did a fine job cleaning the gutters, roof and skylights. But they have a predatory communication model. Constant letters and emails saying that my house is in danger and that their service is required. Very annoying.

In August 2023, I attempted to contact a local gutter service company for gutter repair/replacement. Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning has purchased this company and provided me a quote. The Ned Stevens representative I communicated with was very responsive and friendly. She asked me to take images of my gutters. I explained that the gutters were overflowing. The rep recommended replacement of the affected areas. No Ned Stevens representative came to my home to examine or measure my gutters. The Ned Stevens representative prepared an estimate based on the images I provided. I chose a different provider for my service.

They damaged my house in 2020 but never fixed or took accountability for it. It was an endless run around of unanswered phone calls from them. Maybe it was their tactic to wear me down because I eventually stopped the calls and e-mails. They upsell services you dont need and show up even after youve asked them to cancel.

Paid $250 for a gutter cleaning. They left the debris in bag for me to dispose of. They promised an "inspection" and I even told them about some issues with our gutters. No inspection was done. After a phone call I'm not even sure all my gutters were cleaned. When I called they blamed the crew. But ultimately this is a failure by the leadership. Will not be using them again.
