I've encountered difficulties in establishing a business relationship with Relias due to the unresponsiveness of their sales team. Despite waiting on hold for 20 minutes, my call was eventually redirected to a voicemail. An option was offered during the wait to press 1 for a callback to maintain my place in line, but repeated attempts to use this feature were unsuccessful, as the hold music simply continued. Additionally, I attempted to reach out through their website on two separate occasions, only to receive advertisements from Relias in response. To date, I have not received a call back from a sales representative, leading me to conclude they are not in need of new customers.

Paid for learner support is truly a scam they used to get more money from clients when the only thing they can do is reset a password for learners. Was free.
Product unchanged for almost a decade, outside of visual updates. Courses work terribly, but if you dont pay an excessive amount for learner support, best of luck.
They have the ability to provide suppression lists, but refuse to. They have a report that shows how long a user was in a course, but refuse to let you see it. Getting someone who knows what they are talking about is very unlikely.

A very good company to work with. They have friendly staff and beautiful
Building. Their platform, desktop laptop, tablet are great.
