Apparently if youre not contractor they cant be bothered to even acknowledge your presence in showroom. Remolding bathroom and wanted to ask if existing tile is still available- only have picture, no name, etc to do my own research. Wanted their expertise. Drove 30 minutes and person working in showroom was with customer but didnt even acknowledge me- nothing. Felt invisible. I browsed but left without any more info on my tile than before. Weird experience to say the least.

The website shows 7am open and in fact the showroom doesn't open until 8am. They care so little about their customers that they don't bother fixing website. Then I go to their contractor entrance that has 7am open stenciled on door but with a piece of paper taped to the door that has a handwritten 7:30am open so they screw any contractor also. I then see there are some people inside so I knock on the door and some guy walks over and points at the sign on the door, shoots me a scowl and just turns his back on me and walks away. Doesn't even give me the courtesy of telling me to F off. Fortunately for them there wasn't a brick nearby to throw through their window.
So after 8 months the opening times on website still show incorrectly as 7:00 am even though they have a response to the original review saying it would get fixed. What a crew.
