I started working at Sequence in July of 2022, and have loved every minute of it. The workplace culture is exceedingly nutritive, and everyone has each other's best interests in mind at all times. I am astounded (in a good way) at the amount of resources this company invests in its people with respect to their happiness, professional development, training, tools, and overall life satisfaction. I have always felt supported such that I have the tools I need to do my job effectively, and know where to go if I need anything, bet it work related or otherwise. There is immense congruency, efficiency, and aptitude at all levels of management. The company has garnered a deep respect from its clients, suppliers, and peers in the pharmaceutical industry and local community as a whole. From what I can tell so far, compensation and promotions are not only competitive, but they are equitable and just. Hard work and good performance is definitely recognized and rewarded. Finally, the work this company does helps to protect, save, and improve the lives of people battling life-threatening diseases and their families and communities. You feel good about what you are doing every single day.

I've worked at a lot of places, big corporations and small businesses. They often shared lofty ideals and mottos that carried great sentiments, but Sequence is one of the rare places where you can see those values embodied on a daily basis. People are truly at the heart of what we do and who we are. It's not just our goal to improve the quality of life and help life-saving therapies get to market, but it is key in the many decisions we make on a day to day basis. We truly work to create a place where people are welcomed and valued, both in our company and our community. Sequence is not just a great place to work, it's a great place to build a career and make a difference.
