I was new to the Lake James/Morganton area and Mike took time to show me the area, explain the differences in the subdivisions that met what I was looking for and most importantly picked a few homes that would give me great representation of what it would be like living there. This level of care and thoughtfulness made my experience with MIke the best I have ever had in buying real estate. We ultimately settled on a home on Lake James that we love. I highly recommend Mike if you are looking for a place in Western Carolina.
