USE ANY OTHER BANK BESIDES THIS ONE. loan officer discriminates based on your looks and is extremely rude and she never returns calls highly unprofessional also been a valued customer for over 4 years and get denied every time I walk through the door for a small loan and ive brought this bank thousands over the years idk what her problem is but she obviously doesn't know how to do her job and I'ma be looking for a new bank cause this is a joke

Closed on our home over 4 months ago and deed was not registered. I reach out as we need this asap. Not to mention again something that should have been done 4 months ago when we closed . Being taken lightly as their response was oh it shows it was mailed but will have one signed and sent again "IN REGULAR Mail" as of its not important to get it there securely if it was lost first time. And would not send a copy for record as we have ten days to close on home and may impact due to their irresponsible ways of not following up on clients deeds until finals steps. Families suffer from this. I would like a contact of someone asap as this need to be sent certified and overnight ! Not another 7 days on top of 4 months !! I spoke to Kim Poore I did say I need by Monday and did not empathize at all with info I told her on affecting our closing . Would never bank with people who don't care about urgency and when wrong dont go above and beyond to make it right . I always say if you put yourself in people shoes you'd move faster and diligently for your own needs .
