Quite rude cashiers and even management. However, I could not be more happy with the service provided by Jess Hildebrand. He was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond what was expected to help me regain access to my account. Hopefully eventually the bad seeds drop and Jess rises. Good man!

This review is NOT for the branch in a whole, but for one individual employee. Tonya Mann is the most disrespectful First Citizens employee I have ever met. I have tried to contact her supervisor and cannot find a contact for the Morganton location. I ask for a simple transaction and it ended up being the most difficult process. She was rude, very unprofessional, and extremely inappropriate. She showed facial expressions that would a grown woman should NEVER use. Ive heard her yell at other employees and roll her eyes at other customers. For someone who is serving the public she should work on being more respectful to the customer. If there is someone I can contact to report her that would be excellent. Tonya Mann needs to be reported and replaced.

Rude people. Ugly atmosphere. Not a bank for the consumer. Horrible branch in general. I've actually left reviews before, but they have somehow been taken down. Alesha is completely nasty and disrespectful. The bank it's self is also ridiculous. Fees on top of fees. Tonya will make sure to make you feel as small and unappreciated as possible as a consumer. This is a bank for those who can't get an account somewhere else
