        I lived there for a year loved it wish I wouldn't of moved now. Clean quiet most part there was a couple of snotty people. But you just overlooked them.

        I have called this place 4 times and left my name and phone number for someone to return my call with in the last month. I have not received 1 call back or text message. All I want to know is availability and application process.

        These Apartments are nothing but Drama, have lived here 4 years. This City of Morganton is a Flag City for the Deaf, Blind, Sick and Handicapped, City of a Deaf School, but they allow these Apartments to be mean to them, to me that's a stain on this American Flag City for those I mentioned above and we have a Deaf School, why ant there any Justice for them here at the Apartments!! Wake up, North Carolina!!
