PetDocks Veterinary Hospital

After several vets never bothered to do a culture and sensitivity on my cats unilateral nasal discharge, since his oral surgery at another vet, Dr Arnoult did. We had 2 appts. I thought we would make progress, then I asked for a follow up.it was the plan to get him well, get him vaccinated. I thought we were on the right track, asked for a follow up appt from front desk as well as from Macey, to address even more discharge now, thick and white, after the RX ran the course, what to do from here, but no calls back, so I remain confused.I pay right away, I show up way before appt time, want my Persian well. At least I finally know what pathogens he acquired.ON 2/12/24the IDEXX RESULTS WERE IN.ON 2/7/24to Petdocks. I did call an Emergency Vet Hospital, who are treating more of your patients left hanging with no follow up care also! They said you should address the situation my cat is now in, more discharge, not clear like before, and very congested..Makes me wonder if the much much lower dosage prescribed, contrary to what should have been for his body weight, and contrary to suggested dosage by the culture and sensitivity testing, contributed to bacterial overgrowth.. You owe me money back as he is now more ill. Your aloof behavior is alarming. Your disorganization, startling, to say the least. Apologizing for leaving a sick animal sicker? What kind of vet holds a license to treat animals, only NOT to do so over and over?! They trust us for their care, their lives. I trusted you..but have come to the realization, that it is a giant clique. One may think they are going to a new caring vetonly to realize what is occurring. Dr Worrell leaving this month, HIS house for sale, speaks volumes of the disarray of Petdocks.BTW, Dr Worrell moved to Waterdown Ontario Canada where he practices there now!

I LOVE HOW EVERYTHING IS EXPLAINED SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR BABY!! HALEYS DR IS SO CONCERNED, HE MAKES ME FEEL SAFE IN WHATEVER DICISION HE MAKES WILL BE A GOOD ONE!! IN WHATEVER WE HAVE COMING UP!! THE WHOLE STAFF IS WONDERFUL! ALWAYS COME DOWN TO THE DOGS LEVEL & MAKE SURE TO SAY HI!!
