The agents at the Morehead office were so kind and prompt with processing claims after a recent death in the family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure things went as smoothly as possible, even following up a couple of weeks later to see if there was anything more they could do to help. It's great to know that local, hometown service is alive and well and that there are still companies that value their clients as more than just a number on a computer screen.
