My husband bought a 2020 Truck from lookout ford a Two weeks ago. Not even 2 weeks later, the truck would not start. It was a Saturday afternoon with three kids in the middle town running errands, we towed the truck to the nearest dodge dealership. I called and Spoke with Gavin on Saturday and told him the situation. He seems to very caring of the situation and told us My husband had a one month or 1,000 mile warranty. After speaking with my husband he told me he drove 100-200 miles over the 1,000 miles. When I reached back out to Gavin he told me, and told him my husband drove over the 1,000 miles. Gavin told me they would cover the diagnostic fee and do everything at cost ( which don't get me wrong, that is very helpful) but we would of had to pay to get it towed to the dealership and than whatever else the cost may have been. I am really disappointed in the customer service, like I said we bought it not even two weeks ago and you would think when you buy a car from a reputable dealership everything should be good and you would have no problems with the Truck.

Lookout Ford was so helpful from the moment we approached the building. The car I was interested in was backed up under the awning so we wouldnt get wet while checking the vehicle out. (It was raining) They were also very thorough with the process of financing and explained everything VERY WELL. Andrew Smith is who helped us I believe and he was outstanding! We did not feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle and they offered us beverages while we sat and chatted about financing. We ended up driving about 2 hours to get there and we did not regret it! I would recommend everyone who is thinking about buying a car off of this lot to do so! Special thanks to Andrew and the Lookout Ford Team! Drove off the lot with a 2016 Ford Mustang that same day and very content with my purchase!
