Island girl got us our limit on dolphin. While we didnt catch trolling we were able to bail our limit which was fun for us and especially the kids. Will book again

My kids and I enjoyed a full day on the water on Thursday, June 8th, 2023. We had previously been booked on Real Priority, but they cancelled due to inclement weather on Wednesday. Fortunately, we were able to book Island Girl. The weather was absolutely perfect. Captain Travis and first mate Fisher were professional, and very helpful. We almost immediately caught a Mahi-Mahi, which was great. Unfortunately, there wasn't another bite the rest of the day. Finally, they told us we would go in early to try and catch some Spanish Mackerel inshore. We did catch one. During the entire day, we had two fish on and landed two fish. It was a bit disappointing that we didn't have more hookups, but that's why they call it fishing and not catching. I've fished my whole life and I know that some days are just bad for fishing. I can't fault the captain or mate for that. Maybe next time.
