Bill was easy to work with and helped me find the reassurance I needed for myself, husband, and daughter. He was transparent with us and made the health insurance marketplace much more manageable to navigate. Bill was down to earth, but also professional. He listened to all of my concerns and answered my many questions in a timely manner. I had to reach out to Bill during a stressful time, however, he helped ease that stress and I feel like my family now has someone in our corner should anything else, good or bad, arise concerning finances and insurance.
