I just got off the phone with Mr. Harvell and he was the most friendly and helpful person. I live in another state but had a relative that passed in his locality. My brother and I had several estate questions. He answered all of our questions in very simple language that we understood. I highly recommend his firm. Thanks again Cecil.

My wife and I wanted to update our Wills. We searched the web, and were immediately impressed by the reviews of Cecil Harvell. Our call to his office only enforced our belief that maybe we have finally found an attorney and office that cares, is very professional AND personable. The assistants truly set the tone for our visit. The feeling of trust, which we were skeptical of based on prior attorney contacts, was an almost immediate one of OMG this guy is real, smart, trustworthy, humble and kind! As it turned out, he is also efficient and fair. He not only helped us with our wills, but with 4 other documents that he brought current! We received more than we expected! If we ever need legal help, of any kind, theres no question that well head to Cecil Harvell first.

Mr Harvell is very kind and real! He spent time looking up attorneys that would be suited to my needs while I was on the phone with him. He explained that he was kinda far from Elizabeth City and although he could do it, the travel time would factor in additional costs for me. So he looked up my options as we talked! Pity he was far, he seems like a genuinely caring person, wouldn't hesitate to use him!
