The overall experience was goodthe staff was pleasant and I am terrified of the dentist, so they did a great job! The ONLY issue was the wait. We spent 2 1/2 hours waitingwhich was absurd.

If I could give negative stars for this company I would. I went on Monday April 1st for a routine extraction of my bottom back right tooth. I was taken to the back and sat in a chair. This doctor came to me that I had never seen before, it was very obvious she had never worked a day in this office. She didnt know where anything was, didnt know how to use the water gun to spray water in my mouth. She had her assistant literally do everything for her. She starts working on my mouth after she gave me the numbing shot. It wasnt enough, I asked for more. She ended up giving me 5 numbing shots by the end. She was holding my forehead down to the chair, her assistant was holding my chin down to the chair as she literally sat there and tried to yank my tooth out of my mouth. Not gently, didnt try to work it out, no she literally yanked and yanked on my tooth. About an hour and a half later she stops and says I cant do this. And WALKS AWAY. I never saw or spoke to her again. The receptionist up front came to me and told me that I could hurry up and get to the New Bern office so their surgeon could finish taking it out. Mind you she left my tooth half cracked open and my NERVE EXPOSED. Gave me no pain medication or even a gauze to soak up the active bleeding I was having. My dad and I get to the New Bern office to find out they never even called them to tell them I was coming. When I finally get pulled to the back, their surgeon looked at my mouth and said wow I cant believe she left your mouth like this. On top of all of that, while at the Morehead office, my dad was in the waiting room, there was a woman that came in for a schedule extraction just like mine, except she was told she had to reschedule because the regular doctor was on vacation. So WHO was in my mouth and WHY was she in my mouth. Then when I just called a few minutes ago to cancel all future appointments, a woman named LISA wants to get an attitude and hang up on me. Real professional yall. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
