The staff were professional, kind, and friendly. I overemphasized, that I want my brows a golden blond to light brown. They were a very very dark brown. It looked terrible with my light hair and lashes, and I was shocked. I will not be returning, because that I requested was not performed. I didnt want to make a scene, over a few bucks.

So this store's manager, Sammy, is awesome! However, the stylist working 4/29/23 is the worst & super unprofessional. The pick-me-girl who had an appointment for a flat iron only, told the stylist she wanted a wash & dry too, which added on an hour, the stylist said ok. Then the pick-me-girl changed from a flat iron to a curl & braid, the stylist said ok. There are times allotted to certain procedures for a reason. When my daughter with an appointment @1:30 came in, the STYLIST told her she would have to wait not just for her to finish the pick-me-girl in the chair, but her pick-me-up friend also. Luckily the girl running the appointment book CORRECTED the stylist, at which point the stylist stated to my daughter "you'll have to wait 20 more minutes. Thirty minutes later the stylist was just starting to style the girl in the chair. In all honesty the stylist should have said no the wash & dry or to the change in style. Needless to say after driving a half hour home we're at a rush doing her hair. I know, first world problems, but if your going to have this appointment business, it should be ran as such.

Incredibly unprofessional and racist. Called the police on my friends for stealing when none of them were stealing. They didnt even check the cameras before they called the police. After the police watched the cameras and it was confirmed that nobody was stealing, they were STILL BANNED from that ulta. Even after the fact that it was confirmed that nobody was stealing. This used to be my favorite ulta so im incredibly disappointed.

If I could rate this Ulta 0 Stars I would. Terrible employees that are very Racist. You will never catch me in this Ulta EVER. Absolutely disgusted by the workers here and how terrible they are at their job.
