I worked with Keisha Moss to purchase property in the Charlotte area and through incompetence or intentional misrepresentation, I lost my earnest money to a seller. I'm not sure if Keisha has much experience with SC real estate transactions, but she admittedly told me she "forgot South Carolina rules are different." When I contacted Barry Aldridge about my concerns, he tried to shift the blame on the seller without taking any responsibility for his broker's actions. Rick was the listing agent for my house and has been such an amazing soul to work with. I was having a few issues with the house (new home owner) and he took time out of his day to come by and see what was wrong and got it handled. Very professional and showed me the blue print of the home and also made some recommendations. I would recommend him as a realtor for sure. It is the little things that mean so much!
