Not good. For starters, they have a dishonest, disingenuous agent there (see my review on Mark Gibson). But to make matters worse, I contacted the manager of this branch (Danny?) to discuss the issues regarding MG. He brushed me off. Seriously. We never had a one on one discussion of any kind. He heard MGs story and had zero interest in anything else. Just rubber stamped MGs dishonesty and poor choices. I even contacted him again a week or so later to give him another chance. - he never responded. Thats lame customer service and piss-poor management at best. CBR mooresville is 0/2 so far. Not good, but Ill be generous with two stars - holding out hope that there must be at least a few competent people there.
