This company is very sad, they had me to sign a lease twice. The 1st time was I can move in on 8th which was Friday. So I get call like Wednesday before Friday. You can't move into the house yet because they find lick so I have wait now into 15th which other Friday again, I sign other lease!! Friday get here got call again Wednesday still can't move in, now saying the city got come out and do something. Remind I had to get all utilities cut on for this property got my kids and school for this location where house at and at the same time I'm living at motel with my kids explaining to them my situation and still to this date I have not move in, still haven got money back everytime I call nobody wants to answer, when the man pick up o now I got wait into Katy whoever get back to refund my money. I'm still how looking for a place to move too. Plus how you goin have a property up for rent and can't move in ppl paying all that money for fackiness very sad, I have never been thru thus and this was my me trying rent for a company in North Carolina, very disappointed

Got approved for a home but would not let me put a deposit down then a week later said some else got approved and put down a deposit. For a week I thought I actually had a new home. Gerardo never responded back to my emails.

Great customer service and timely communication. Homes also seem to be at quality standards. Ieasing with them would be a great choice
