Jessica is an excellent physical therapist! She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She quickly identified the problem I was having with my upper back and with her expertise and the at home exercises, I am no longer in continuous pain. Jess and team are great people and professionals. Doing, right now, rehab on my left knee/leg after many injuries. Using BFR technique the progress is awesome.

Jess is a talented motivator and PT . She worked all of the issues out of my knee and hip while engaging me in some difficult but necessary exercises. I would def recommend Healthy Body and Jess in particular.

I have nothing to say but the best about my Physical therapist Jessica! She helped me recover from a dislocated patella. She was so welcoming, and understood everything I was dealing with. I looked forward to going to PT every session and I am so glad it was with Jessica. She is so excellent and energetic. I recommend everyone to her!
