A few months ago I was diagnosed with prediabetes. I didnt know where to start and how to regulate my blood glucose without starting medication. Dana was my angel who helped me not only manage my blood glucose but also gave me useful and actionable information which eased my anxiety about my health situation. Dana is knowledgeable and passionate about the work she does, and every one of my appointments with her has been a pleasure. I cant thank her enough!

I would highly recommend Dana Johnson. I have been a client of hers for about 3 months now, weekly visits at first and now about every two weeks due to my needs. She has been so helpful for me to learn things about myself and my nutriion habits, helping lower my a1C from over 11 when I was first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes back in November 2023. I have since lost about 35lbs and lowered my a1C already to 6.4! Dana is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile when it comes to her client's health and nutritional needs.

My experience was wonderful! Starting out i was confused on my diet, I thought I had my self headed in the right direction but my body felt tired. Dana was absolutely knowledgeable and listened to everything you told her. She helped me guide my diet back to the right direction. I feel so much better and I couldn't have done it without her.
