I recently worked with Stephen Pierce to purchase a new construction home, and I can confidently say that he was an invaluable resource throughout the entire process. From the moment we first spoke, Stephen made me feel comfortable and confident in his expertise, which was especially important given that this was my first time purchasing a new construction property.
Stephen was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and new construction properties in particular. He helped me identify the right home for my needs and was able to negotiate upgrades with the builder that helped me create my dream home. Stephen's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was truly impressive.
Throughout the process, Stephen was always available to answer my questions and offer advice. He was quick to respond to my calls and emails, and I never felt like I was bothering him. He was patient and understanding as I considered different options and was always willing to take the time to explain things to me.
As we moved closer to closing, Stephen ensured that everything was perfect. He worked closely with the builder to make sure that all the upgrades were completed to my satisfaction, and he made sure that every detail was taken care of. I felt completely confident that everything was being handled professionally and that I was in good hands.
In the end, Stephen helped me purchase my dream home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Stephen Pierce, Sunset Properties - Out of State Buyers looking for a Waterfront Expert My wife and I were looking for our dream home on the water on Lake Norman. Stephen Pierce truly delivered for us but that does not tell the story about working with Stephen and Sunset Properties. Being out of state requires someone who is a great communicator and needs to be extremely efficient as we would come to town for 3-4 days at a time and we would load up the schedule. Stephen listened to our wish list & focused his time and energy on ones that met our hopes & dreams. The more I worked with Stephen, my trust in him grew and most importantly I could see his honesty and integrity throughout the process. My wife and I are both CPAs, so integrity is hugely important to us. Stephen is really an expert on Lake Norman and knows all the important things about the lake rules & regulations, types of docks, dock licensing permit transfer etc. Just a wealth of knowledge that was much needed as we were out of state and had no idea about the local lake rules & regs., not to mention other nuanced lake related matters. Stephen has a network of people who he can recommend pre & post sale for things you need. I have already hired four of his recommendations and will likely hire more. They are solid referrals and importantly solid people. During our process, a delicate matter arose, and Stephen did an excellent job managing that issue to its proper positive resolution. When it came time to make an offer, he had great insights and a winning strategy that was critical for us in getting our dream house in a highly competitive bidding process. Stephen is kind, thoughtful, was always prepared, did his homework, on time, has high energy, and is a pleasure to spend time with. He has all the attributes you look for in a business partner and a friend.
