Kelly Is awesome to work with. He is very patient and understanding of your needs. This is the second house we have worked together on and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. He is a hard worker and will do whatever it takes to find you that perfect house. Then once you do he doesn't stop there, if you have repairs or upgrades to make he will help you find the perfect person for the job. All 5 stars for Kelly Sims! This man is hands down one of the best realtors you could possibly have. He is professional and very knowledgeable in how he does his job. I personally have chosen Kelly as my realtor twice now in buying a home and selling the same exact home.
