Carol Vandergrift was excellent. She was always available & answered all my questions. She took care of ALL the details, & in a timely manner -- details I was not aware that needed to be done. I would have been lost! She dealt professionally with the buying agent; did all the footwork needed with everyone involved, including the lawyers & closing details --and kept me informed. Several months after the sale, I received a tax bill on the property. I called her, she knew what was happening, said she would take care of it. She was helping me many months after the sale had closed. I highly recommend her.
