Cindy was absolutely amazing to work with! She walked me through the process of selling my father's house after his unexpected passing. Selling my childhood home under those circumstances was extremely difficult, but Cindy was there every step of the way. Her attention to detail and prompt response to any questions I had took a huge weight off my shoulders. From start to finish Cindy took all the stress out of selling my home. She dedicated time to talk with me and explain the process, go over all the forms, and send me reminder messages to keep me on track with the showings, inspection, walk-thru and closing. She was not only immediately responsive to to every question and email between me and the buyers/lawyer, but she always checked with me to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with all the decisions along the way. Mrs. Collins is a very professional realtor that went the extra mile to help us sell our house. She communicated with us on a regular basis and thoroughly explained the process including all documents. Cindy took the time to get to know us and our wants and needs. She is friendly and outgoing.
