The name speaks for itself, Kim is fantastic. I love her enthusiasm, passion and endless knowledge in healthy living and lifting. After a difficult spine surgery she pushed me and believed in me when I questioned myself. Starting from day 1 after years of working out was mentally and physically challenging. Kim not only gave me hope, she made me stronger and believe in myself again. I've been dreaming of competing since my 20's, with Kim by my side I know it can become a reality.

I posed with the number one figure competitor in the world. The session was just "okay". I posed with Kim Helm and learn more from her in 10 minutes then I did from a top competitor. Kim is very good at explaining things. She's extremely patient and passionate about what she does. I felt so confident on stage after training with Kim for over two months. I just booked additional sessions with her to get me ready for my next competition. Although I am a professional athlete, I still need an expert like Kim to make sure I always present well. I will always use Kim as my posing coach.

Kim is an amazing, supportive, knowledgeable, and patient coach. Shes very much into helping you achieve YOUR personal best stage presence. She understands that everyone is different and has different best qualities, which she knows exactly how to highlight on the stage. Her passion for helping people show off their hard work on a bodybuilding stage is unmatched. I HIGHLY recommend working with Kim if you need help with posing. Or fitness. Or life/badassery in general.
