Sue was such a pleasure to work with! We were not looking to move but had to relocate so we had no idea what part of the city we wanted to live but had a pretty specific wish list. We were very fortunate to have Sue as our realtor for the recent sale of our house.
She began by carefully explaining the entire selling process to us, as well as important sales strategies.
We were told what to expect in each of the phases of the process. Sue provided valuable guidance on setting the home price and steps in marketing the house.
The best part is that we handed the project over to Sue, and then we waited for the right buyer to see and like the house. We could not have made a better choice of a realtor.
