First and foremost, no words can actually express my gratitude to Every single lovely person we had on our home buying team, Diana Brandon with Itrendrealty, Ted Papas with American security Mortage, and All the lovely ladies at Mark Randolph Attorney.
We bought our first home with hellacious circumstances, people, and timing.
Had I not had them on my team, I honestly don’t know if I’d be sitting in our first home right now.
They took on our nightmare and turned it into a blessing.
My family now has a nest. My children have a forever home, and we have you all to thank for that.
We will never forget how hard you all worked for us, how fun it was to solve this crazy puzzle of circumstance, and the patience y’all had dealing with our special “crazy”.

I recently bought my house in January and Diana helped me achieve this. I had been working with another realtor but she was constantly busy or out of town and was not aggressive with any of the homes I was interested in. When I met Diana, she was so helpful and genuinely seemed to care about finding the perfect home for my son and I. She had recently heard of a house that was about to be for sale the following week and she instantly knew it would be perfect for me. I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in. She was constantly checking in on me and helping me through the entire process. When my mortgage company started giving me problems, she was the first person to call them and get everything put in place. She stuck up for me and made sure everything was in my favor. If I ever buy another house, I will be calling her!
