From check-in through to discharge after my test, everyone at LNRMC was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and professional. I am extremely pleased with the care I received.

Everything was going great during labor and after labor. The nurses really helped me a lot after labor. I was in so much pain and I couldn't walk much because my feet were swollen and my hips were hurting. But at night, I could not sleep cause the pain was so bad and the night shift nurse named Tiffany, went off on me, saying I have low pain tolerance and it's not her problem that I can't handle pain. She said she's always in pain and nobody wants to help her or care for her. So why should she do it for other people. My boyfriend and I could not believe what was coming out of her mouth. When she took my newborn son away and brought him back, she said that he was a bad kid cause he started crying and he peed on her. When I checked on him, he was shaking so bad and his bed, clothes and face were covered in piss. She has personal issues and I hope to God she did not beat or hurt my son. That lady had a negative energy. She was treating me and my son like POS. Update its been 4yrs. The hospital never contacted me back and the nurse still works there. They wouldnt give me her name or nothing. They made it hard to find her. Please new parents be careful of this nurse. Shes an old (50-60s) African American nurse. Dont let her take your baby in the middle of the night for no reason. We are still trying to sue the hospital. My son was manhandled and ripped his mittens, scratched his face and shaken by this nurse. AND SHE STILL WORKS THERE.

This the hospital is dirty! My mom was brought in by ambulance on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, and the room in the ER was filthy! There were Used gloves, old tape, needle packages, and dirt on the floors. The bathroom had no paper towels or soap! A public bathroom inside of a hospital. After complaining about the filth, housekeeping cleaned the patient's room while we were there. Once admitted and in our room, the nurses did not throw away their trash! It was left on the bedside table, including packaged needles and fluids. These items were never picked up! The nurse, Elizabeth, knocked over my moms drink and cleaned it up with her blanket from her bed. The pillow was also in the spill, and she laid it back on my moms bed! I am very disturbed by her actions and the nastiest of this hospital. I will never take another family member nor recommend this hospital to anyone. I have attached pictures of the bedside table. Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures of the ER ROOM. Your staff needs to do better!
