        I can truly say we have dealt with just about every agency in Charlotte for our son. We settled on two different agencies about 2 years ago. Tammy has worked her tail off to find us coverage. And the nurses we have had through Assisted are very attentive and knowledgeable. Im so thankful to have this agency providing care in our home.

        Going on 2 years with this agency with about 40% of coverage. The staff may be satisfied, but as a patient / client I have some major disagreements. I may be crippled but my brain works just fine, despite the opinion of the office staff and their false accusations. that it's my fault they can not find nurses. Their neglect to even look for nurses... I wish to give 0 stars for the lack of service to me and, I'M SURE THAT OTHERS WHOM MAY NOT BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE

Until now I couldn't find a place of employment that I didn't run into strife, gossip, vindictive supervisors & co-workers and a whole lot more. Thankfully Assisted Lifestyle has NOT been named among these. Our director is kind, patient and demonstrates genuine appreciation for the employees. The company stands on the foundation of Integrity I absolutely love being a part of this great team

      Adam, I’m sorry to hear you were frustrated that we were unable to provide adequate staffing for your nursing needs. As we discussed, we work around the clock to recruit nurses to meet the needs of our customers. As you are aware, all home care agencies are facing the same challenges, and these challenges have heightened post the COVID pandemic. It breaks my heart knowing that families are suffering due to this nursing shortage. Aside from this, we have made many attempts to convince nurses to consider your home, but unfortunately, they frown upon working in your home due to the cats and the large dog residing in your home. I understand it is difficult for you to believe, but I assure you that we consider you with every nurse that we speak to, but unfortunately, many of these nurses are allergic, fearful or prefer not to work in a home that has three cats and a large dog. We have tried various tactics and implemented creative incentives to draw more nurses and it has been effective. We will continue to work diligently toward meeting every family’s needs. I sincerely thank you for your patience as we continue to work tirelessly to help families. Lastly, we have partnered with other agencies due to all home care agencies having the same dilemma.
