Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman

I recently hired Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman to convert my loft into a room by adding a wall and installing a door, and overall, I am pleased with their professionalism and commitment to addressing my concerns. The handy man demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the project. He was responsive and willing to find solutions to any concerns that arose, as well as the project manager, which I greatly appreciated. However, after a week of completion, I have noticed a few imperfections in the work. The tape line at the top of the ceiling where the new wall was added is now visibly showing, which detracts from the overall finish. Additionally, the bottom of the installed door is about a half-inch higher off the floor compared to my other doors, and there are visible staples sticking out from the door frame. Despite these minor issues, I am still considering using Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman again for future projects due to their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I recommend Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman for their excellent service and willingness to address concerns promptly. I believe they have the potential to deliver outstanding results with improved attention to detail. Chris was a pleasure to have in our home for three days. I had four project, each different from the others. Chris, was experienced, knowledgeable, informative, efficient, polite, and possessed an incredible work ethic. I have LONG looked for such a service and will use Ace Handyman Services again, in a heart beat ((hopefully with Chris in tow)!!!
