      image When I purchased my merchandise 3years ago I noticed my product that I took out of the box was damaged the owner said take a picture I did he gave me the option of getting a replacement or he would cut the price and I cut the price and every time. I came into the store he would ask if my husband and me had any issues with my grill , My husband and I loved the way every one is friendly and the fact they stand a percent behind their merchandise.

      image I love this store, they were so helpful in helping me choose a couch and with the whole experience. I have to say in my 51 yrs. I haven't come across that many stores that have good customer service but Badcock in Mooresville is one of those great stores. I have recommended this store to all my friends and family. A special Thank you to Hana, Tonya, Pam, Luis and Michael. Thank you guys soooo much !!!
