Very unprofessional with communication. Will hold your truck and will not give updates. Charged $300 to do NOTHING to my truck after it had been in the shop for over a week.

They are thieves dont ever deal with these people. .what ever you try to ask up front about the charges they will come up with double after they got you And then will tell you we cut you a deal Charge me more than $950 for changing a single Chinese tire...be careful

This is a scam company, they say one thing and do and charge another, Mr Patrick does it , not professional at all !!!

Very unprofessional , Mr Patrick wanted to change parts in value of 3000 usd , tow it to Volvo dealer and change few sensors in value 170 usd.

Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and service received from this company. They charge a minimum 2hr labor fee on top of a callout fee - totaling at $304 - and when the technician arrived at the truck he determined the problem was a leaking airbag which he was unable to repair because he doesn't know how to deal with rusted bolts and because THEY ARE UNABLE TO GET THE PARTS NEEDED. I called Kimber to discuss it with her only for her to tell me that it is not their problem that they are not able to get the parts they need to fix my truck. Worst of all I called FleetPride in Charlotte - 16 miles from where my truck was - and they had not one, but two of the parts needed to fix my truck in stock. Very disappointing. RESPONSE TO REPLY: We called a supplier 16 miles away who had two of the required parts in stock that same day. You also offered a $20 refund which we felt was an inadequate response to the situation.
