About 10 years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed from this office. Terrible experience. The doctor damaged a nerve and I have been without feeling in my lower left jaw since the surgery. I was just a young adult at the time, and trusted the doctor and his staff with this, what I thought was a, routine procedure. When I went back to the doctor about my issue he repeatedly told me that the feeling would eventually return. Months went by so when I returned to the office to be checked the doctor didnt even want to see me. I dont know if hes a coward worried about confrontation, or if hes unable to face and acknowledge the poor job he did. I have no respect for this man, because he sent his dental assistant into the office to do his dirty work. He told her to relay the message, you signed a waiver and knew the risks. Again I was in my early 20s at the time of the procedure. This review is long overdue. Im sure theyre good enough to handle small routine services like cleanings and x-rays, but Im writing this review for those considering using them for surgeries and more complex procedures. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Do not risk putting your health and senses in the hands of this doctor. If anything goes wrong you will not be compensated, reimbursed, or even acknowledged. - former patient

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! I write few reviews. If I choose to put the time in to writing one, its because Ive experienced EXCEPTIONAL customer/client care, to the extent that Im significantly surprised. Ive been seeing Dr. Craig Miller for a few years now. I always tell people how much I love my dentist! Dr. Miller is not just a good dentist. Hes quite skilled at putting you at ease. If youre like me, having dental work causes anxiety and isnt a top favorite thing to do. Despite this, Dr. Miller and his assistant, Amy, have a way of getting you so interested in what theyre talking/joking about (theyre hysterically funny), youre not even thinking about what theyre doing while youre in the dentists chair. Besides keeping you thoroughly entertained, his confidence in what needs to be done to help the situation is calming. His competence can be trusted. Most important of all, he does right by his patients. For years, Ive said to many people that I really love my dentist! I continue to say that and have come to appreciate him even more!
