I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Barletta Tritoon from Charlotte Ski Boats. The entire experience, from start to finish, was nothing short of outstanding. Not only did I find my dream boat, but the exceptional service and support I received from the entire team truly made the process enjoyable.
From the moment I arrived, Anderson, the sales lead, was no pressure and put me at ease. He went above and beyond, dedicating his day off to provide pricing for the boats I requested. He kept in constant contact with me to accommodate my timeline.
Tanner in Finance was awesome! I was in a rush to get my boat before my family from overseas came. He hooked me up with a link to fill out the application ahead of time, which really sped things up. When we got there to sign the paperwork, he was all set and ready for us. Couldnt have asked for a smoother experience!
Greg, the Captain, was amazing. He patiently answered all my questions, breaking everything down in detail. He didnt rush us in fact, he even took the time to chat with me and had a genuine interest in learning about me and my family.
After such a smooth experience, I can confidently say that I would highly recommend Charlotte Ski Boats, theyve won my trust and loyalty, and I'm certain they'll do the same for anyone seeking a top-notch boating experience.

We love being part of the CSB family. Lee and Amanda are great and it shines through with their team. Their service is top tier. Christian was very knowledgeable walking us through selecting our Tige and designing our new Tahoe. Greg and Brock were great going over all the details when they delivered it. We look forward to getting out on the water!!!

Our experience from beginning to end with Casey at Charlotte Ski Boat was top-notch! We had been looking for a used pontoon for several months, and assumed wed buy from a private owner for the best deal. But CSB had exactly what we were looking for at a price within private market norms.
In addition to fair pricing, we received service we wouldnt get from a private owner. No need to deal with registering the boat or going down to the tax office, Casey took care of all of that. The boat went through a service checklist- all maintenance was performed and it was detailed to a professional standard. Several minor issues were even fixed.
Our boat was delivered to our dock (2.5 hours from the dealership) for free with a cooler full of special drinks. We also received some really good cookies in the mail!
CSB and Casey were definitely worth the drive to Charlotte area. Casey is a top tier, experienced and professional salesperson. Plus hes just a good guy! He was extremely transparent and kept us informed every step of the way. Casey gave us the same treatment he would give the buyer of high-end wake boat. He and the CSB are class-acts, and we highly recommend them!

In short, they are the EASY BUTTON for boat buying! I had the pleasure of purchasing a boat from Charlotte Ski Boats following the Charlotte Boat Show and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The buying process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. (They dont just sell boats, they live them!) Their boats had everything we were looking for and not only did they have an impressive selection of boats to choose from, but they also took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect new toy for my family.
The delivery process was equally impressive. The boat arrived on time and in immaculate condition, exceeding my expectations. The delivery captain was professional and efficient, ensuring that everything was set up and ready to go for our first adventure on the water. He took the time to walk us through our questions and teach us a number of new tricks to make our time more enjoyable.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Charlotte Ski Boats. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to quality service sets them apart from the rest. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new boat.
