We were having issues with our JennAir refrigerator. Sean came out on time as scheduled. He not only diagnosed the issue and repaired it after ordering the part, but he also discovered the previous repair company didn't correctly fix our previous issue, so he repaired that as well. Sean was super courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend him, if you're having any appliance issues. Additionally, we mentioned the door latch to our custom front door wasn't working and he had it working in less than a half hour. Thank you for everything Sean!

I was happy to support this local business they came same day to look at my washer. Sadly it couldnt be fixed - time to buy a new one. I appreciate his honestly instead of charging us for a repair that wouldnt be in our best interest. Also, Shawn decided to check the health of my other appliances to help me get my trip fee worth.
