We have been at Braxton for over a year. Anytime we have reached out to the office or maintenance, they have been wonderful and provide timely service.

I love Mooresville, its a beautiful town filled with lovely and smart people - but Braxton is not one of those places. This sore thumb of an apartment complex has drastically changed in the few years I have been here. No one cares here. Everything is just half done. They couldnt even keep up with the trash so they put more trash cans around the complex so they wouldnt have to worry about regularly taking the trash out. Dog park swing bench has been broken for 4-5 months and the once cute little dog spa where you can take your pups to get washed looks run down, like everything else. Sure - everyone is nice, but Im constantly hearing about my neighbors waiting for missing/needed parts to fix their appliances or how 3rd party contractors come out because the complex cant take care of the issue. Or how no one responds. Not to mention anytime theres an event, its almost always sent out on the day of and without the time of the event. Please do yourself a favor and dont rent here. Youll be disappointed.

The new maintenance team has been amazing! Not only did they repair/replace what was needed, a follow up was conducted to ensure that everything was working the way it should be. The guys were personable and professional throughout the entire process.
