I called for information on treatment and the lady I spoke to wasn't helpful at all! She had a nasty attitude and acted like she couldn't bothered, how in the world are you in this position to help someone in this situation when they need it the most, shame on you

You say professional? When they call you out of the blue and REFUSE to let you know where they got your number from so they can speak to your minor child, then not respond to your message ... Where do you go ... to the Board! Not professional at all from the first telephone call.
