        Contacted Steve and asked for a 30 foot and he wouldn't give me one claiming that he only had one truck that could haul that and it might go over weight limit. He continuously tried to sell me on a 15, and even told me it could be emptied and told me a story about how a woman demoed 6 trailers. He NEVER told me that it was 375.00 every time it was emptied. He only said it was 370 for two weeks. Then I see almost 1,000.00 in charges for it being emptied 2 times. He is a con man and rips you off and gets away with it...DONT USE THIS COMPANY

      I spoke to Amy (have it recorded too) and informed her that I did not want to do a 30 yard dumpster for a demo job due to my truck being overweight. I have to stay within the restrictions of my trucks and NC law. Amy said that she had never heard of a weight restriction and I informed her that it was my truck and not other companies. I told Amy that I could do a 15 yard dumpster for $375 for 2 weeks not $370 (have this on the recording). We did not talk about multiple 15 yard dumpsters. Amy called me the next day and asked if I could dump it and return it. I told Amy that we could. We swapped the 15 yard dumpster the next day and charged her for another dumpster. When Amy called complaining about it, I told her that I was sorry for the miscommunication but that I could not do multiple dumpsters for that price. Amy told me to come pick up the dumpster and hung up on me. I apologized for any miscommunication to Amy. That was not my intent.
