Waste connections missed picking up my bulk items yesterday, but mistakes happen. What was important to me was the customer service in resolving the issue. I spoke with Nikki S. and she was patient while we worked through having Waste Connections come back and pick up my bulk items today. I appreciate Nikki's help and my issue was resolved quickly. Nikki followed up with me street my items were picked up to confirm.

I've been asked, repeatedly, incessantly, to review their service even though they've never serviced me. Their representative, Nikki Sturdivant, won't stop emailing me despite the fact that I've told her how someone mistakenly used my email address to contact her.
I told her that she could either stop emailing me with requests to review a service I've neither asked for nor received, OR I'd give them a bad review. Since she's still asking me, here we are.
My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs if you can possibly help it, because talking to them is like talking to a brick wall. You're better off burning your trash in order to melt down your recyclables yourself.

If I could Warren from Waste Connections a 10 I would. He always has a big smile and he is beyond so kind. Plus he does an amazing job with our service ..simply he is the best! He never leaves a mess on the ground.
