DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Disabled veteran here. This place gives Horrible service! They will be late or miss many services and blame you. They dont keep a schedule. They have rude customer service. They keep changing their pick up dates but dont give consistent messages or information. My garbage is at the curb for days on end sometimes because they dont ever pick up consistently

Horrible horrible service. Always miss pickup, will blame you or traffic. Bad customer service. They obviously dont have any experience in dispatch and zoning. They never come at the same time because the industry is just like that. And yet never experienced a trash company that was late EVER. If it is your fault, no biggie it will cost the same as a whole month of service for 1 pickup. Thy have also changed the actual service date on me multiple times.

I recently moved to a new address and they missed the first scheduled recycling pickup. Upon contacting their office, their representative told me that they in fact did NOT miss the pickup and that recycling would be the next week. Well, they again "missed" the pickup the next week, and then again the cycle after. They had to send an emergency pickup each time. I said in the emails to the company that I believe they told me the wrong pickup schedule, but they insisted that their communication was correct. Well, I decided to test this, so I put my recycling bin out the week that they said pickup would not occur. Guess what, IT CAME. Their office appears to be clueless about their own pickup schedule.
