      image Would absolutely never use this title insurance company. I closed on my home last April, 2015. Investors Title Insurance Company gave clean title on the property. Imagine my surprise when my escrow account was all of a sudden $22K short last month after back taxes for the property between the years 2011-2014 were taken from my account. This horrible insurance company denied my claim stating that it didn't "fall under our umbrella." They have a pretty darn small metaphoric "umbrella" that isn't worth the money spent on it. Most unethical group I've encountered.
